Dragon's lair

Dragons were a myth, everybody knew it. Until a madman proclaimed that he saw one.
No one in the village believed him but the lone brave man couldn't put aside the notion, the idea of a magical being existing in their world. So he trekked through the twisty dark forests and down the rocky pits until he came upon the lair. His breath got sucked out of him when he saw the beast with his own eyes. The dragon emerged slowly from the black belly of the massive lair and the man, who wasn't brave anymore, fell to his knees in awe and fear!
